#Acceptance Category:
Papers can be submitted in two formats: full papers and poster abstracts (or extended abstracts). Submitted papers will undergo peer review and will be accepted, conditionally accepted, or rejected. Each paper will be classified into one of the following four classes by the committee. Session assignments, including session chairs, will be made appropriately by the committee:

(1) Full Papers:
This refers to complete research papers on AI. Papers should demonstrate novelty or originality and present innovative results. Authors should submit their papers in PDF format by the deadlines. Papers should be prepared in IEEE style, including figures, tables, and references, following the sample. While there is no strict page limit, the main body should be approximately 8 pages, and the total number of pages, including appendices and code, should be a maximum of 30 pages. Authors must guarantee the originality or novelty of their papers and avoid duplicate submissions and plagiarism. Accepted papers will be published in the final conference proceedings, conditional on presentation at the conference. The final proceedings will be published within approximately one month after the conference ends at no additional cost. The open access format will increase the likelihood of wider dissemination and citation.

(2) Position Papers:
Position papers present new ideas, policies, philosophies, or experiments related to AI, even if they do not demonstrate novelty or originality. Submitted papers will be published in the proceedings as "Position Papers".

(3) Workshop:
This workshop, titled IW-AITD 2026, will be held concurrently with the main conference, but will not be separately announced. Submissions and presentations in languages other than English are also accepted. For manuscripts written in languages other than English, authors are required to review the machine-translated version, and the peer-review process will be based on the translated English version. The original language version and the English version will be published side-by-side. All submissions are welcome in languages other than English; however, only languages for which the machine translation function works sufficiently well are eligible. If you wish to submit in a language other than English, please inquire about the supported languages. Position papers dealing with specific fields may be transferred to the "Workshop." Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings as "Workshop IW-AITD 2026".

(4) Poster Presentation:
The poster session consists of presentations and Q&A. Therefore, the presentation time is usually short. Please submit a poster abstract. The accepted abstract and poster (PDF or image) will be published in the proceedings.

Posters should be printed between A0 (841mm wide x 1189mm high) and A1 (594mm wide x 841mm high) in size and should be brought by presenters to the venue on the day. Slide specifications for online participants will be announced at a later date.
