Author Registration:

After your full paper, position paper, poster, consortium abstract, or workshop paper has been accepted, you will receive an acceptance notification including a registration form (web form). The conference registration fee includes participation in all sessions, conference materials, a working dinner for discussions, presentations, coffee breaks, lunches, the proceedings of submitted papers, and publication of the final proceedings. After submitting your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email and further details regarding the next steps.

Participant Registration: (Co-authors can choose either author or attendee status.)

 

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can.

Refund Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 90 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-89 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 29 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. The organizing committee is not responsible for problems beyond our control, such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, etc.
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

Registration for participants other than the author, accompanying persons, sponsors, and exhibitors.

There may be limits on the number of in-person attendees. There are no limits on the number of online participants.

​​(2) After submitting the FORM, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from ICAITD 2025 or IW-AITD 2025 in about a few days.
The e-mail will include Payment Link on Stripe.com.
As a general rule, payment must be made by credit card. Credit cards are handled by Stripe, a payment management company linked from the e-mail we sent to you. Credit card types accepted are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. Stripe's address is https://stripe.com/.
