Registration Guide: (version 4)

Author Registration:
After your full paper or position paper or poster or  Consortium Abstract or Workshop paper is accepted, you will receive the notification of acceptance including the registration form (web-form). The conference fees cover participation in the all sessions, and Conference package and  Conference working  dinner and Presentation  and coffee break, and lunch and Proceedings of submitted paper and Publication of final Proceedings. You will receive a confirmation email and further information after we receiving your registration form.

Participants Registration:(Co-authors may each choose to be in either author or audience status.)

 

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can.

Refund Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-59 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 29 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. The organizing committee is not responsible for problems beyond our control, such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, etc.
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

​​(2) After sumitting the FORM, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from ICAITD 2025 or IW-AITD 2025 in about a few days.
The e-mail will include registration number, like "TD 001" and URL of payment web-page in icaitd.com on Wix.com.

As a general rule, payment must be made by credit card. Credit cards are handled by Stripe, a payment management company linked from this Wix.com web page. Credit card types accepted are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. Stripe's address is https://stripe.com/.
